How the Courses Work

RLK's courses work from the theory that scores on standardized tests are improvable with practice.

An organized, structured study program is the basis for every course that RLK offers. Each course focuses on:

  • qualitative and quantitative skills
  • test-taking philosophies and strategies
  • extensive use of past exams as practice and review materials
  • use of diagnostic tests to identify those areas which need special emphasis
Classes at RLK are effective because they build confidence and test-taking skills. With small class size (between 7 and 17 students), opportunities for in-depth discussion and analysis are optimized.RLK's courses work from the theory that scores on standardized tests are improvable with practice.

The course instructors are fully trained in the RLK approach to standardized tests. All members of our faculty have at least a bachelor's degree, and many of them hold advanced degrees, such as a Master's, law, or PhD degree. Some are high school or college educators, while others are government and industry professionals such as CPAs, attorneys, and engineers.

With a full program of home study materials to reinforce concepts learned in the classroom, students gain the insight and understanding that are necessary to master standardized tests. We set realistic goals for students and provide the guidelines for the study program, allowing students to gain the confidence to follow through.
