GUARANTEE AGREEMENT
If after taking our program, your score does not improve 330 points from
a recently administered, official SAT or PSAT (one taken within one year
prior to our course) and you have taken two official SAT post-course tests,
you will receive the following refund.

You must present the original, official SAT or PSAT scores in person at
our main office in Bethesda within 9 months of the course completion date.
Your post-course SAT must have been taken within two weeks of the SAT course
completion date. You must have attended all classes (make-ups are permitted).
Refund requests must be made within 9 months of the course completion
date.
If there is no improvement at all, a full refund is given, excluding deposit.
In
order to qualify for our guarantee, please sign and date the agreement
below and mail with the course registration form. You may also present
this in person at the first class meeting.
Furthermore, it is understood,
that by signing this agreement the terms of the guarantee have been read
and understood.
This guarantee applies to the SAT1 classroom program only
and not to our tutorial programs.
